The certification means the repair facility has met AAA’s strict criteria for technician certification and customer satisfaction.

AAA-approved shops also offer a wide range of automotive services and are equipped with the high-tech equipment needed to repair today’s sophisticated vehicles.

“The AAA Approved Auto Repair program examines all aspects of a repair shop’s operation and awards approval to only the best shops in the businesses” said Marcia Wright, Automotive Services Director. “Typically, only one out of three shops AAA evaluates earns approval on the first attempt.”

Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program is only issued to the highest qualified repair facilities, which allows them to showcase their technicians and their commitment to excellence. The program’s emphasis is to identify establishments with a large percentage of ASE-certified professionals. It is a recognition program for businesses striving to be the best, and willing to prove their commitment.
